Privacy Statement

At Reiniger Jewelers, we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our return policy is as follows:

Internet Customers

You may apply the purchase amount towards a new purchase or receive a full refund as long as the item returned to us post-dated 14 days or less from the date it was shipped. The item must be shipped via registered or insured mail. After 14 days, we will accept the item, but there will be a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your purchase price. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipping date. Shipping fees and special orders (such as Mother‘s rings, class rings, special length chains, and engraved items) are non-returnable, however, this will be indicated prior to ordering.

In-Store Customers

Purchases may be returned for store credit only. Special order items are non-returnable.
