Reiniger Jewelers is a third generation family owned & operated business since 1918. Paul Reiniger has followed in his grandfather and father's footsteps and has also furthered his education by graduating from Gem City College and has earned certificates from the Gemological Institutes of America. Reiniger's opened their doors in the Swansea Schnucks Plaza in 1992. In 1993 we expanded our company and opened our 2nd location in Columbia, IL. In 2003 we decided to re-locate to our current Waterloo location to better serve the entire Monroe County and surrounding area. Fall of 2021 we have yet again expanded to Effingham, IL-- opening our third location! 2022 becomes even more exciting as Reiniger Jewelers expands again... this time to Alton, IL! We have taken over the space of the former Maneke Jewelers, with some of the same friendly faces you're used to! Spring of 2023 we have opened our 5th location, expanding once again, this time in Ballwin, MO! Reiniger Jewelers is committed to serving the St. Louis metro are for all your jewelry needs!

One of our friendly and knowledgeable sales associates will be more than happy to help you with any of your jewelry needs. We now have five full-time jewelers across our locations, three in Swansea, one in Ballwin, and one in Effingham, including Paul Reiniger, who leads our in-house team and assists with jewelry repairs and custom design projects.
With our repairs completed on site, we can offer same day service for all your jewelry repair needs. Our experienced staff can also help you with any of your watch repair needs such as band adjustments and battery replacement. Personalized items such as clocks, picture frames, and glassware are just a few of the items that can be engraved with a special message for any occasion.
Reiniger Jewelers offers pre-wrapped gift boxes for all purchase because we believe every occasion is special. If you're not happy with your gift, you may exchange any unused or unworn merchandise by contacting any member of our team. Exchanges must be made within 45 days of the order purchase date.
